I use these resources all the time. I got them from the site of the Brotherhood of the Brown Bottle several years back (2016), before the site went down. Those guys liked Void based on the what I saw on their webpages. In any case, the conversion spreadsheets gives one an idea of how to cost new units for Void. I have used the spreadsheets to create several interface craft and also some static defenses, like small bunkers.

Ok, so I've created the group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/150516912290674

Unfortunately, I've mislaid my phone (likely that my 1 & 3/4 year old has stashed it somewhere in the house...).  This means I can't upload any of the photos which are on there, or take any more.  I hope to have this remedied.

I'm a bit new to the FB group admin game; at least for a group which is interesting (rather than a student project or something).  I don't know whether to invite folks first, then put interesting things up, or vice versa.  Since I can't upload any interesting photos, I guess I'll have to do the invites first.  At least then the group's existence will be known.

Hi!

I'm thinking of creating a Kryomek FB page.  I'm very close to doing it, but it needs a name.  Anyone with an opinion, what do you think of the following:

Kryomek Spacetime Interstice
Kryomek Nexus Quoromate

Or something else... maybe something boring like: Kryomek Players Group ...

Hi there I read the ship building rules on Starfrontiere. One thing that must be added is the multiple type of Gauss /rail weaponry that the starship in Void use. And maybe power shield because they might be mentioned in the Viridian force book.

Thanks for commenting about the shuttle. I think the basic Knight hawks could be used in a Void setting for easy tabletop space battles. The only assumption that has to be made is that they is no FTL speed as in Knight Hawks; just grav-well transit points between stars. I am still working on a more advanced spreadsheet to build all the ships in the advanced Knight Hawks, but it is not complete.

I saw your map on FB. It is a nice tool along with the planets list there. I just don't use FB all that much or I would post in your group.

The coils are aligning and the diman is opening....

... I've got a set of custom cut 25mm hex bases in 1s, 2s and [3 varieties of] 3s and I've started prepping some of the alpha helions for mounting.  I've mounted the first helion of 3 helion groups.  I would share the WIP photos, but they're on my phone (which I've left at home).  I was too excited not to post something on the internet somewhere about this.

I've also got some 40mm hexes for warrior and 50mm hexes for warmasters.  Hopefully, I should have some kryomek based and ready for paint very soon.

I have been tinkering with using the Star Frontiers space combat rules "Knight Hawks" as an add-on for Void for campaign purposes. Here is my version of a Type 1 Shuttle that can be used for Void and Knight Hawks. I have taken the minimalist position on a bunch of items that Knight Hawks details out, because they don't have an effect on combat.

All the Star Frontiers rules are free, and have been for years, at http://starfrontiers.com/.
