Yep, is very nice model.

Looking good. I like the fact you've steered clear of the red scheme.

Wow, he's really something else isn't he? Not sure I'm a fan of the loincloth look, but he's a character!

January was a write-off for me with work getting in the way.
Feb 13 we could schedule some Kryomek; We've done Kryo/SWAT, it might be time to try Kryo/Marines if I can find enough (half are still on the painting table). In the meantime, I've produced a new reference sheet; https://www.fysh.org/~katie/wargames/downloads/kryo/KryomekBigResolutionTable.pdf |

Have to say, having played this and also needing to get a ton more of the Helions (to build out enough Kryomek points to allow the Humans to have interesting forces), individually basing them is a pain.
One of the authors of "Pikeman's Lament" bases his 17th century figures in groups (units are 6 or 12) of 3s 2s and singles, so casualties can be taken out while not making the movement phases take ages. I'm starting to think something similar would work better for Helion groups; a 3, 2 and a single base cuts the movement time in half and the actual figures are interchangeable anyway. |

Thanks Seba,
I'd already seen your helpful tutorial and was reserving the last two plastic grenadiers for some leg conversion work. Here they are in all their glory! I've also managed to paint my first test miniature. It's very similar in colour scheme to my original models, which is the idea, as I'm trying to re-create some of that nostalgia. I also gave sculpting some dreads a go, to fit more with the art work in the army book. I hope you like him. |

Hi, my interpretation is that the criteria for buying a squad leader is 0-1, meaning you can only add 1 character max. The character only replaces the squad leader when it specifically says so, like the praetor option in the junkers book.

Clau Team Action v2 - I heard about it, but I'm not sure about it, but I will check it.
Yep, we still got all limited edition figures, they are part of UW range. Neo-iskandians are OOP at this moment, the miniatures require a new set of moulds. No re-release date at this moment I'm afraid. Cheers, Seba |
