However in the Junkers book and the 4-in-1, there are provisions for adding centurions & standard bearers to the same squad. I think that as long as the minimum/maximum unit requirements are met, it's ok to add say a sergeant & major kali to a vasa colonial marine squad.

Neat stuff; we already have the Void unit builder at the Void 1.1 Nexus, but that other stuff is new to me. If you're on Facebook, you should join us over there - we're amassing quite a large library of Void files (official and unofficial), you get a 10% off coupon code for Void stuff on the SG website, and we're in the middle of a painting challenge, so there are some very nice looking minis being shown off.
